In Nautec Mare operates the company Officine TL Compositi Srls which carries out the following activities in the Nautec shipyard:
- construction, repair, transformation and maintenance of ships and motor and sailing boats, including furnishings
- processing of reinforced and composite resins, as well as development of new technological processes in the field of composite materials
- authorized osmosis center
- execution of restorations in composite material of hulls and parts of boats including structural parts for shipyards and shipowners
