The marina has 190 berths for boats up to 22 meters with floating piers; some moorings have fingers.
The safe piers are equipped with columns for the supply of water and electricity.
Floating pontoons and docks bear their own weight and other permanent loads under complete safety conditions, in addition to the actions transmitted by residual wave motion, currents, mooring lines, winds, variable overloads in relation to use, to the meteorological conditions, to the internal agitation, to the variations of the sea level, to the characteristics of the boats and to the adopted mooring system.
In particular, the action of wave motion in Nautec Mare is particularly limited by the configuration of the channel where the moorings are located as well as the protection offered by the bay naturally constituted by the Gulf of Trieste.
