The structure rises along the banks of the east-west channel of the Lisert on the slopes of the Friuli Karst and extends over a surface of about 35,000 square meters on which two sheds destined to the covered storage of boats arise and the various craft activities that operate there such as: an upholstery, a sail loft , two mechanical workshops, carpentry , two companies dedicated to resining, careening, rigging, painting, etc.
Along the embankment, at the end of one of the sheds, stands the Palazzina Servizi with a restaurant-bar (also served as a lift for disabled people) with outbuildings swimming pool, solarium, toilets, garages and warehouses (the latter) leased to the owners.
